Park Street Voices

Park Street Voices are the top-level auditioned-based vocal ensemble at the high school. The style of literature selected for Park Street Voices is primarily contemporary a cappella but also ranges widely from popular music theatre selections, to vocal chamber music selections. Besides just singing great music, vocal technique as it relates to the chamber vocal music ensemble will be developed. There is a level of music theory as it relates to ensemble singing that is explored throughout the semester. Depending on the selection / style of music, the ensemble incorporates movement and / or dance. Park Street Voices are a performance-based ensemble in which there are a number of out of school performances throughout the year.
